Hola from the Indiana desert! As of 2pm Eastern, we are now at 100 degrees! (Fortunately I am where it is an air-conditioned 73 degrees.)
Fortunately humidity is only at 30 percent today, but is supposed to be 50 percent tomorrow, with similar 100 degree heat. Yay for swelter!
Even still, we have fire weather warnings because of moderate wind conditions and increasing drought. We likely will finish the month with a record-low 0.05 inches of rainfall.
